We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover or reimburse shipping fees for returned items.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product, and once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
